Orders are processed carefully to ensure safe delivery; however, customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with complete packaging, including the product box, accessories, and invoice. Items with scratches, physical damage, signs of installation, or missing components will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is any issue.

Warranty is only applicable on selected products as per company policy. No warranty is provided on mirrors, especially locally manufactured mirrors. Any misuse, improper installation, or damage caused after delivery will void the warranty. We reserve the right to approve or reject any return or claim after inspection.
